COTTON TEXTILE LLC is registered on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 02.08.2017 . and in accordance with its legislation .

The company has two sewing knitted factories with a capacity of 3.5-4 million units of finished products per year. Production facilities are represented by sewing equipment JUKI, BROTHER, YAMATO, KANSAI (Japan), SIRUBA (Taiwan), equipment for Ironing equipment MALKAN (Turkey), floor equipment OZBILIM (Turkey).

High-tech sewing equipment allows you to produce high-quality products of any complexity. As separate types of work, we offer embroidery, as well as screen printing on finished products. We have our own production facilities with a total area of 3,500 square meters, a production staff of 300 people .
The main assortment of the factory is men’s, women's and children's knitwear. In addition, we produce ready-made denim products, disposable personal protective equipment for medical purposes (face masks, bathrobes, overalls).

The fabric certified by OEKO-TEX is used for the production of all the knitwear.
Protective masks are certified by OEKO-TEX.
COTTON TEXTILE LLC has also passed ISO certification (ISO 90001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 26000: 2010. )

Our company has purchased and now successfully uses a line for the production of three-layer medical masks made of non-woven materials with a capacity of 100-120 PCs/min. The equipment is characterized by high performance, stable product quality and ease of configuration and management. The control is performed using a liquid crystal display. At the stage of production of the workpiece, an ultrasonic welding device is used. The next step for manufacturing the final product is welding the rubber band to the mask blank. At the final stage, the finished product is delivered to a disposable medical mask automatic packaging machine, which allows you to place 50 pieces of finished products in one package.

Reusable knitted mask

In addition to disposable masks made of non-woven materials, we have established the production of reusable knitted masks in packaging according to the customer's requests.
